SEQUENCES FOR AEROSPACE AND MECHANICAL ENGINEERING MAJORS

The Department offers three-course sequence options for students in the ME and AE degree programs; note that students are not required to choose or complete a sequence. Three electives in a given area of the ones indicated below must be taken to satisfy the requirements for a sequence in that area. Students should make sure that they have the the necessary prerequisites that may not be part of the sequence. If a sequence is completed, the students upon request will receive formal, written recognition as part of their graduation; however, no formal notice will be included on their transcript. During the last semester before graduation, students should complete the sequence form. Forms can be picked up from Nancy O’Connor in the AME department office (365 Fitzpatrick). AE majors cannot opt for the Aerospace sequence. Courses that are required (marked with* for AE and ** for ME) cannot be used as part of a sequence for that major.
